Terms of Service

Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully before using Garasho Studio (“Service”). By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using the Service you represent that you meet this requirement.

2. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service to generate content that is defamatory, harassing, obscene, or unlawful.
Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or otherwise extract data from the Service at scale.
Circumvent usage limits, billing controls, or authentication mechanisms.
Share your account credentials or allow others to use your subscription.
Use the Service to infringe the intellectual property rights of others.

4. Intellectual Property

Lyrics and prompts generated by the Service are provided for your personal or commercial use with Suno or other music tools. Garasho Studio makes no claim of ownership over content you generate. You are responsible for ensuring your use of generated content complies with applicable law and the terms of any downstream platforms (e.g., Suno's own terms).

The Garasho Studio name, logo, and application code are owned by us and may not be reused without permission.

5. Subscriptions and Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly. Payments are processed by Stripe. To cancel, contact us at support@garasho.studio — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months.

Song limits reset at the beginning of each calendar month. Unused songs do not roll over.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, at our sole discretion and without prior notice. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that generated lyrics will be unique, commercially viable, or free from copyright issues. AI output may occasionally contain inaccurate or inappropriate content — review before use.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Garasho Studio and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including loss of data, lost profits, or reputational damage.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good- faith negotiation before any formal proceedings.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
